Robb was a graduate of Leechburg H.S. and Allegheny College. At Leechburg Robb was a 3 year starter at defensive back and a 3 year starter at Allegheny College. He captained the 1997 team which advanced to the NCAA playoffs. Robb became a graduate assistant at Iowa in 1999. In 2002 he went to the University of Maine and eventually became defensive coordinator. In 2009, he moved on to Rutgers as special teams coach. And in 2013, he went with Greg Schiano to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a linebacker coach. Robb was the the defensive coordinator at the University of Arkansas from 2014 -2106.He is currently the defensive coordinator at the University of Minnesota. Many of Robb’s defensive teams were ranked nationally in scoring defense, rushing defense and total defense. Robb was also nominated for the prestigious Frank Broyles assistant coach of the year award.
